There are Southern Baptist churches all over Randolph County, why should I choose CrossPoint?
We are not like other churches in the Level Cross area, we don't want to take away from those ministries. We are a Contemporary church. Merriam-Webster defines contemporary as, marked by characteristics of the present period, or modern.
We aren't knocking traditional church but Jesus was radical in the way He changed the world, He spoke to people in terms they understood, He ignited a fire that is still burning today. We want to speak to people of "Today" in a manner that is clear and relevant. I have been radically saved by the same language that was spoken to the First Century Christians. Christ spoke in a manner that was relevant to the people or contemporaries of His time. We are to read the scriptures, understand the context of Jesus words and apply them to today. That has Contemporary written all over it.
Our sermons are directly out of the bible and our worship is straight from the heart. We hold to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and believe the Bible to be God breathed and inerrant in its original text. Our music is vibrant and centered on a God who loves to be worshipped.
We are meeting at the Level Cross Community Center; Our Address is 112 Branson Mill Rd, Randleman, NC 27317, it is the brick community building by the baseball fields.
